  What a great space for a big group! We were looking for a place to host a family reunion over the long New Year's weekend. We wanted a spot that was a reasonable drive for all of us (coming from MI, NY, MD, and TN). This was the perfect place! We had 15 in our group (adults and children) and had a wonderful time! There were more than enough beds for us all, a large/comfortable kitchen/dining/living area, play space in the basement for the kids, two huge TVs in the basement and living room (plus one bedroom), and a laundry room (always good to have when traveling with kids). The setting is lovely, nestled in the countryside with a small pond. And Danielle was a very kind host, responding to our messages very quickly--and even inviting the children in our group to go sledding with her grandchildren! We would definitely come here again, and are already talking about our next reunion!

• Doesn't get much better than this!

  We had 4 generations for a family gathering. EVERYTHING was prefect! Danielle contacted me about a week before our trip with travel tips. She even offered to put up a Christmas tree for us! She was just a quick text away and able to answer any questions. When we had filled the trash bin, she was quickly there to empty it.

  The home was spotless and had so many little touches (farm fresh eggs for one!) to make the trip so much easier! The multiple tables allowed us all to eat together as well as start a new family tradition of making ornaments. The farmhouse has plenty of space to be together without feeling like we were on top of each other.

  The kids were able to use the basement for their gaming system and to enjoy the provided multi-game table. There is even a murphy bed and bathroom down there should you need it. We had 13 people and had more than enough beds! With 3 bathrooms, there was never a line :)

  I cannot thank Danielle enough for making our trip perfect. The memories will last a lifetime!

  Bonus: I have never stayed at a property that had enough towels to not need to wash them midway through our weekend!

  We really enjoyed the house. There were 11 women on retreat and the dining/living room was just the right size for all of us. The kitchen was big enough for us to maneuver around and the front porch was very cosy.

  We loved it! The 2 puppies enjoyed it as well. The house and amenities were all excellent.The fishing in the pond was beyond excellent. We caught 2 to 5 lb. Bass, Crappie (largest 1 I have ever caught over 12"), Big as your hand Bluegills, 5 to 10 lb. Catfish. We latched onto something so big it just broke our lines twice! With our 9 fisherman we easily caught over 100 fish the first day!Played pickle ball under the over hang of the barn. We brought our own set.Weather was perfect!The very nicest host!We could not of had a better time! Thanks so much!
