  We have stayed at this property several times and it is always perfect. The house is beautifully clean, well stocked, and all of the furniture is very comfortable. Perfect for large families with kids. We had an issue with the attic door late the first night we were there, and they sent someone immediately to look at it even though it was late. Service is impeccable!! Will absolutely be staying again.

• Spacious old farmhouse

  We appreciated the wide open space around the property, and the simple interiors. (we hate worrying about breaking owners' decorations!) There were plenty of beds and futons for guests to sleep, and lots of space when family in town came to visit throughout the weekend.

• Overall- a great experience- but read review below

  Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The purpose of our rental was to have a place for my parents to stay and for our family to all gather for Christmas, providing us enough space to enjoy our celebration etc. here are the pros: convenient location, close to everything you need- restaurants, grocery, etc. , if visiting in the warmer months- lots if space outdoors to roam and get out, good amount of space for cooking and dining, lounging, etc. clean, plenty of cooking supplies and utensils, etc. everything worked fine, no issues during our stay.

  cons: if your a person that prefers staying at locations that have been modernized, home is very dated ( especially kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) with just a few minor updates could have a better feel all around to visitors. If comfortable beds and pillows are crucial for you, you may not be satisfied. I am of opinion that bedding is a very important investment to make in an air bnb!! You cannot go cheap. While beds in general can be unique for each person- i would say , most would agree these were little to be desired and the pillows were so flat and uncomfortable, we had to get our own. There was only one bed that my parents could sleep comfortably in- and unfortunately it was not the large master bedroom that we intended them to stay in- so just keep that in mind if that’s important. All bedrooms are upstairs so if need first floor accommodations- this would not work. It was on a busy road- but far back enough didn’t seem to be an issue.

  Again overall we had a great time here- and the location worked fine. However, i would say in order to book again - beds and pillows would need to be upgraded! And kinda be nice if modernized a bit.

  The house was large and comfortable for our family’s gathering. The outdoor space was lovely. Kids could play outside. Kitchen was large but a bit understocked for big family dinners, so we were glad we brought some things. The three standard bedrooms were comfortable (and the primary bedroom and bath was huge), but there were fewer functional bedrooms than we expected. The two attic rooms were not insulated (very cold in November and would presumably be very hot in summer). There really wasn’t a good ground-floor room for Grandma (who couldn’t do many stairs). It was a den with a futon couch. We had to take her back to her room at the retirement home every night.
