  We ended up getting a hotel in Independence for 100 less since the ground level of the house was over 80⁰ when we arrived and only got hotter while waiting for a resolution from the contact who said he was aware the window AC unit in the listing wasn't installed. The upstairs had to have been over 90⁰ and felt more like a sauna than a bedroom. Opening the windows for a breeze wasn't an option since many of the windows had no screens so we were just letting bugs in. Maybe this place is a pleasant stay with cooler weather even with the gaps in the doorways but I wouldn't recommend it.

  The house was over 80⁰ when we arrived and when we finally got a hold if the contact, he said he was aware that the window AC that was listed was not actually installed. The upstairs felt more like a sauna than a bedroom. Opening windows was not an option since many didn't have screens on them, letting bugs in. Ended up leaving and getting a hotel room instead.

• Great rental in Northfield

  This was the perfect place to stay for a trip to see family over the holidays. The location is wonderful for the ships in Macedonia or accessibility to Cleveland and surrounding cities. The place itself was a great peaceful retreat after long days of visits with family. Highly recommend this property!

  The owners are really doing a great job turning the house around and making it comfortable for guests. We were in town a short time and the location was perfect for us to visit everyone. Clean, comfortable, new appliances and for someone 6’5” tall the bed was amazing!

  Clothes dryer in need of repair, makes knocking noises. A hair dryer would be nice. Took trash out this morning and the outdoor can was full from probable prior tenant. Also a railing would be nice going upstairs. The knives in kitchen need to be put in a drawer, hazard if family with children come.
