3/5 I hate to be negative but it was not the best VRBO experience.The rental is half of double, which is not mentioned in the ad. The entire house needs updating. The bathtub was stained and the faucet is corroded. The smell of sulfur as you used the water. Antenna tv both areas. Bedroom had 3 channels. Looked like someone lives there when not rented. Too much personal stuff all over the house. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned. The sofa needs to be replaced as the one reclining mechanism doesn’t work properly. It is very lumpy. The management company did not reply to emails. The kitchen is so disorganized! I can’t even imagine using the pool. The internet is extended from the other side of the house so the signal really doesn’t carry to the bedroom. A Roku didn’t work back in the bedroom.There were several nice personal touches. They provided several different coffee pods and drip coffee. There were left over condiments in the refrigerator. Nice clean robes and slippers in the bathroom along with packaged toothpaste and toothbrush. Pretty bedding.

Great location for us.
4/5 We were in the area ro pick up a car for my son. Location was great for us. Relatively close to NFL Hall of Fame which was on our list. Home doe not have central air, but there are multiple portable air units. It was over 90 when we were there and we were fine. They had them running before we arrived. Home needs updating, but was fine. We had to call to get our access info. They never emailed it and they never answered a single question we posted in the app. I found that very irritating. Evolve can certainly do better or ownership needs a new management company.

Country home stay
3/5 It was nice that the hosts left us farm fresh eggs - great gesture.There was no central air in the home and the air unit in the living room only worked for 5 mins of our 5 day stay there. The battub has really bad rust stains and yellow-stained walls. We went and bought flip flops to wear in the shower.The animals on sight were not very loud in the am, which was nice that it did not wake us up.
