3/5 Needs several concerns addressed.... very evident that new Owner is cutting back on Maintenance & breakfast items / bathroom supplies , but raising prices . The add on charge for Insurance / Breakage is ridiculous !!! Also , the new extra charge for a Service Fee is insane.
The faucets in bathrooms for sinks & showers are needing attention .
Previous Ownership understood what Customer Satisfaction meant for repeat business !

5/5 We totally enjoyed a relaxing stay in a wonderful, well appointed unit. The view is spectacular and we took the time to sit, relax and just soak in the ever changing view. We will be returning!!
