CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- The community requires a form to be filled out if you plan on accessing Baypoint Resort and using their amenities. This form must be filled out, signed, and emailed to mcoyne006@gmail.com no later than one week before your arrival
- PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL THESE FORMS DIRECTLY TO BAYPOINT — THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- Please see the Additional Documents section for a link to the PDF form

- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 114114
- There will be 2 key cards on lanyards hanging on the refrigerator that will give you access to the Waterview Clubhouse and Pool Area. If these are lost or not left on the refrigerator at check-out, you will be assessed a $350 replacement fee (per card)
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Make sure both Clubhouse key cards are returned to the hooks on the refrigerator
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
