Overall pretty good
4/5 Cute house, well decorated. Pros: beds comfortable, smart TVs in main room and 2 bedrooms, desk setup in 3rd bedroom for working. Generous supply of TP/PT, garbage bags, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, waters and some snacks. This is a real plus if you’ve stayed at many VRBOs as you know it can vary. Close to grocery store and highway. The only real con is the kitchen - cute but very small. Probably not for you if you plan to cook a lot - very limited counter space, and very basic supplies. Largest fry pan is maybe 8”, no serving bowls, only one very large casserole dish, no storage containers, toaster, blender etc. it’s fine for a short visit or if you don’t plan to cook. Overall a pretty decent stay!

Best place I've stayed!
5/5 The house was absolutely beautiful! The master suite was amazing and so was the living room with its electric fireplace. We had a packed schedule and the house was 15 minutes away from everything, so we got around easily. I highly recommend the Maple Tree House! One note: If you have small children, just be careful coming in the side entrance, as there is a staircase to the basement right in front and it has no door.
