The property was beautiful! We really had no complaints except for the water tank not being on for a day . lol
However the caretaker jimmy and host Sunita were quick to respond .
The property its self is amazing ! Pond with fish actually in it ! A large in ground pool that was pretty clean . They also offer horseback riding right there since this is a working horse farm . The inside was very very spacious and well stocked . There are also plenty of games for the kids .
The inside could use a bit of
Maintenance but besides that it was the perfect 3 day get away ! I would recommend if you have kids cause there is so much to do !
Also they are pet friendly!!!
The house was... fine, overall, for a bunch of guys just looking to hangout for the weekend. The house itself is (or was once) very nice, but clearly isn't kept up to date on maintenance / repairs, so don't expect everything to be in perfect condition. The grill on the property was completely rusted out, so we used our own small charcoal set-up that we brought. The pool was in pretty good shape, just somewhat difficult to keep clean with all the trees around, and there were tons of bugs / bees outside (we later found a couple bees nests up under the roof which explains that). The linens / bathrooms all seemed clean enough which was nice. Floors clearly weren't clean, as we noticed our bare feet were all nearly black on the bottom after walking around inside barefoot. There's a bunk room with 4 bunks that serves as a place to sleep for 4, which is fine - but it's a very small room that has a fully glass wall to the hallway, so don't expect any privacy there. Lastly, it's very much on a working farm - you are surrounded by pastures, and there are cars / people / horses coming up and down the long driveway that is right next to the house all day and into the night. Overall we found our stay better than the initial review, which we were relieved by - just don't expect a 5 star experience.

We really looked forward to our trip and this house had the potential to be perfect. The location is great and you are surrounded by horses. It is a working horse farm but it didn’t bother us.As soon as we pulled up though we knew we would have problems. The yard was in need of a mow and landscaping and the pond was nothing by algae. Walking into the house we could tell it hadn’t been cleaned well, there were fruit flies, dog hair in the carpet, trash behind furniture and spilled syrup on one of the cabinets, not to mention the microwave and toaster area. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable enough to stay. The refrigerator also leaked. The contact did offer to send someone out for the fridge as well as have the housekeeper come back. The kitchen also had the bare minimum, we had to buy a can opener and washcloths. There also seemed to be a lot of unfinished projects/repairs; this is not a comprehensive list of issues. The house has so much potential, but a lot needs to be fixed and is not worth the cost as it stands. The on-site contact was actually very helpful though. I reached out to the management company but haven’t heard back.

When we drove down the driveway to the house we thought we were at the wrong place due to the overgrown grass and unkempt property.
The yard had not been mowed all year and the John Deere tractor was broken in the side yard. The owners would not allow the farm help to rent a tractor to mow it. The yard was unusable as the grass was at least 8 inches long.
There were miscellaneous items strewn in the yard and the outside furniture was scattered around.
The inside of the house was large as advertised, however there were many unfinished repairs…. Such as missing toilet paper holders, partially patched walls, missing outlet covers, etc. The oven had not been cleaned properly and had grease in the bottom which made oven use smell like burned food.
The house is obviously owned by people who only care about the income from renting and not about their clients.
I did attempt to contact the owner regarding the issues, but never got a response.
