3/5 The photos make the place look more appealing than it is. There were pots and dishes put away dirty in the cupboard. The pans are mostly old. There were few utensils. The overhead light in the bedroom was strobing. The outside front stairs are not level and were tricky especially when covered with icy hail. Luckily the heat works well even when the cold wind was blowing in around the window ac units in the bedrooms.

4/5 A pleasant stay indoors. Very clean and well equipped. Be wary of neighbors who uses the "n****r" word if you pull into the wrong driveway.

Excellent Location
4/5 The location for this house is 10/10. You can walk to local bars and restaurants. The lake and park are only 2 miles away. Less than 15 min drive to downtown. The house is older. The floors definitely need work. In some spots you can see through them to the basement. The place is very clean, great parking and adequate space. The window ac worked great. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but worked perfectly. We were in town for a football game so access to everything was terrific. The TV is only set up for paid channels. So we weren't able to watch the evening football games without going to a bar down the street. Very quiet, safe and walkable neighborhood. The property manager is very responsive with any questions or concerns.
Cute place for a weekend trip
4/5 We come to Cleveland often, and this place was in the absolute perfect location. Overall, it was clean and well kept. The beds were a little firm for our tastes, but plenty of extra pillows were provided. Window unit ACs were great to cool down at night. Enjoyed local restaurants, quick DoorDash delivery!
