  We couldn't have found a better place to stay for our long weekend at Lake Erie/Cedar Point. Perfect home-base for easy exploration of the area and visits to the beach -- we spent a little time at the private neighborhood beach, which was very easy to walk to, as well as a local public beach. Cedar Point was easy to access as well. The house itself was lovely and well-stocked. We found everything we needed and were quite comfortable.

  Super cute and quaint. Extremely clean! Quick walk to the water, and it was so relaxing. Short drive to where we needed to be. Highly recommend!!

• Beach House

  This house was perfect. It had everything we needed for a quick 2 night beach stay. They thought of everything, right down to can koozies. It is fully stocked with dishes and silverware, but even includes paper products. We really enjoyed the private beach..it was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely come back.

  The property was very clean and was very nice the only reason I give three stars is I have a sensitivity to mold I believe they have a mold issue in the Crawlspace.

  Hi Tammie, The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - We’re scheduling mold testing to confirm the air quality and ensure the home is safe for all guests.
  - Over the past year, four different contractors have worked in the crawl space on various improvements, and none expressed any concerns about mold.
  - Just four days before your stay, technicians installed a new furnace and A/C system and didn’t note any issues in the crawlspace.
  - We’re committed to doing our due diligence so that future guests can feel confident about the home’s condition.
