  The house was very nice but I thought it was directly on the lake. Also, the house was generally clean but the vents, ceiling fans, corners and light fixtures were coated in dust and cobwebs. Definitely could use a good deep cleaning.

  The layout and space was nice. Furnishings were nice. Kitchen was well stocked. The house could have been cleaned better. Hairs found in bathroom and when searching for something, realized there was a lot of dust and debris under family room furniture. Outside cushions were really soiled. Beds were really soft--painfully so for our backs. There was no extra toilet paper provided. No soap was provided for showers.

  - While mattress comfort is subjective, we’re sorry this one didn’t work well for your group and will keep your feedback in mind.
  - We were assured that we left multiple rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for your two-night stay. We don’t advertise body soap as a provided item, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t clear before your arrival.
  - We were in touch before and during your stay and are always happy to assist if anything is missing or needs attention.

  Location is excellent! Lake, beach & local restaurants were a short distance. Very clean & homey ! We had no issues except that the fridge did not seem to hold it's coldness, but when I informed host, she sent out maintenance right away & actually came down herself & rectified the problem. Would highly recommend!!
