5/5 Absolutely perfect location for families visiting Denison. We were able to walk to everything! this updated kitchen has more dishes than a catering company! I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen and a rental home! The host is very responsive and made sure we were having an excellent weekend. We would recommend this to all friends and family andwill certainly be back!

Perfect property for our family visit
5/5 We were visiting family in the Granville area over the Easter holiday, and the Porch House couldn't have been a better choice. Spacious for our family of 5 with three bedrooms and 3 baths. We have stayed in countless rentals and we all agreed this house was the best stocked with dishes, bath towels, soaps - everything you could need. And the walking location to downtown Granville was perfect. We have family in the area and plan to reserve the Porch House when we visit in the future.
