4/5 The cottage has so much charm and character, with gorgeous lake views and a cozy feel. The kitchen is fully stocked and great for cooking your favorite meals, and we really enjoyed the spacious living and dining areas. Sitting around the outdoor fire in the fall was wonderful — the trees were stunning!The owner was very responsive and mentioned plans to add a jacuzzi and fix the roof soon, which will be great improvements.If you don’t mind old beds and a bathroom that needs updating, stay here. The raccoons were definitely lively at night — nature’s version of a dance party! I think it was paybacks for our dance party in the spacious living room. This will be remedied with the new roof. Overall, it’s a charming place with a lot of potential. If the updates and improvements are made, I’d gladly come back for another stay.

5/5 Quite possibly the nicest host I've ever encountered here on VRBO. The place was quaint and simply perfect. The view out the back was worth the stay and the stay more than exceeded our hopes! Thank you!
