    Loved this stay! the cottage was absolutely charming and it was nice to sit on the back porch (even in a thunderstorm) with a hot cup of tea and just listen to nature and wildlife. Bring yourself some snacks and anything you like to make in a toaster oven!

  • Not a weekend getaway

    This place is definitely not what my husband and I were expecting. We booked it for our 1 year anniversary because we both love amish country. When we arrived we realized this property is a wedding venue and the cottage is a get ready area for wedding parties. There is no kitchen, no comfortable sitting areas other than the couches that are really just for looks. The bed was super small. Bathroom was tiny. Owner of the property was really rude when I voiced concerns. Don’t think it’s advertised correctly & should probably just be used as part of the wedding venue and not for people looking for a weekend getaway.
