5/5 4/5 The lodging was clean and warm. There were a few hiccups - the address provided is to the main house and the sign to the actual cabin was hidden behind dead plant growth. There is zero cell reception, not limited or spotty as implied, so make sure you program directions in advance and make whatever calls you need. I was prepared for no wifi, but did not realize i would not be able to be reached by my family if needed. Broken lamp in the loft and the dvd / tv had several remotes and no instructions. If you want to be truly off the map, this is thebplace for you.

From the owner: "We’re glad you found the cabin clean and warm. We truly appreciate you pointing out the signage issue and will be clearing any plant growth and improving visibility so the cabin is easier to locate. Cell service in our area can vary depending on the carrier since we are in a more remote location, and we always recommend downloading directions in advance to ensure a smooth arrival. We’ll also take care of the broken loft lamp right away. As for the TV and DVD setup, instructions are included in the cabin binder near the welcome book, and we’ll review those to make sure they’re clear and easy to follow.
Beautiful beyond words
5/5 It was a beautiful place to stay! A full log home with lots of amenities! The home was decorated in a "bear in the woods" theme. Everything was so cozy! The setting of the cabin was beyond words! After the snow, it looked like something put on a Christmas card! I recommend this place to any and everyone! Kids would love playing in the surrounding yard, parents love the hot tub!

5/5 The cabin was extremely clean and the amenities were perfect. This cabin was well maintained and the coziest place to stay. It was secluded and it was nice to unplug and enjoy our time with our family as there was little to no wifi or reception. We came for Christmas and it was decorated with a small tree and cute decor for the holidays. 10/10 recommend.

5/5 Very nice cabin. Comfortable and cozy. You are secluded, but can hear some neighbors working at times. Theres a friendly orange and white cat that came to visit us one night. The hot tub is nice, but be careful walking around the cabin to it because the ramp can be slippery. They need a new dvd player, as it only works on some dvds. Fantastic getaway! Would definitely book again!
