  The location was close enough to everything with a car but not if you hope to walk anywhere. When we arrived, the key was not under the mat as stated, and had a lock box that we did not have the combination to (but we were able to guess it luckily). The rooms were clean enough but the furniture had certainly aged and the couch did not smell great. There was a scent dispenser that sounded like critters in the wall and it dispensed a smell similar to weed.Further, there were multiple smoke detectors without batteries (we knew this because we had to find the one that was beeping due to a low battery to unplug it). There was one fork available in the kitchen. If you rent, then be sure to bring your own silverware. That said, we felt safe and the area was quiet. It suited our needs for the 36 hours we were there.

• Needs a little more TLC

  Location

  - Being a Dayton native, this location was great for being near my family while visiting for the holiday. It has great proximity to a grocery store and close enough to major streets. It also has its own driveway which makes it feel secure to park your car.

  Cleanliness

  - The minor thing we noticed is that a lot of the dishes provided felt greasy and we needed to wash them before using. It may be from the dish liquid because even after we washed the dishes, we noticed some greasiness on the same dishes too. Sheets and everything else were clean.

  Low Inventory/Supplies

  - No dish washing tablets

  - Towel needed to wipe down counters/kitchen.

  - No light bulbs in both nightstand lamps

  - No light bulbs in the living room ceiling light

  - No liquid soap in the soap dispensers (small hotel bar soap available)

  - Extremely low on coffee creamer

  Overall experience: Especially if someone is using this for a long-term stay, those minor supplies can add up, leading for the guest to make to replace those items themselves. Outside of that, the stay was great. I would recommend the location to others with improvements from the owner.

  Clean (maybe garage could use a little attention), nice kitchen, very nice to have coffee there. Neighborhood is OK, but within close range of boarded up homes and businesses. Needs a lock box, leaving a key out is not safe. Needs some silverware (2 forks...).
