5/5 First of all i would like to start with saying that the owner of this property is very generous. We walked in and saw a basket filled with snacks, and thank you note. Secondly the communication with the owner was very easy, he easy very helpful. He recommended places to go to and activities we can do in the area. Lastly he is forgiving we caused a small damage, and he forgave us.

5/5 This property was everything, it met all our needs and expectations. The host Lance was amazing from the time I reserved the property to check out! He contacted me shortly after booking, gave me additional information needed to access the property. From the river next to the property to the home itself, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend! Upon arrival, the key was easy to access, going inside the house was clean, and the living area was big, there was notes and snack as a welcome gift which was awesome, he truly cares about his guest and his property and it definitely shows! The neighbors stay to themselves so no issues with nosey neighbors, or people wanting to see what you’re doing. The weekend was wonderful and renting this property contributed to that! We sat outside at night on the wrap around deck listening to the river, with full moon clearly visible it was so peaceful, and was a much needed rejuvenation. There is an area to walk to woods near the river if you wanted to take a nature walk. Loved this property and definitely will revisit!!!
