  Upon arriving the place looked a lot different than in the photos still decent but not as nice as the photo unfortunately there were creepy crawlies all throughout the house and three snakes on the first night! Across the pathway leading to the entrance !!!! The cleanliness of the place was not up to my standards I understand it’s an older house but there is no reason for it to be dirty ! It was noisy you could hear everything going on including conversations above I think it should be mentioned that it is a basement apartment for the price that I paid and the amount of time I spent there I’m highly unsatisfied the one thing I can say or the decorations were pretty cool The door that slid across the kitchen and one bedroom was broken and dangerous as well

  -We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised.
  -We have the home professionally cleaned before each stay, and we do a walk-through to ensure it's guest-ready. We've never seen any snakes in the entrance area.
  -Our property is a historic unit on the lower level, so noise from above is possible.
  -The barn door was functional before your stay. We'll confirm all the doors are working properly.
  -We encourage guests to reach out right away with any questions or concerns so we can address them immediately.
  -We’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We feel our property is of great value and in a very desired location.
