  This place was so adorable!! It had all the amenities that I needed!! So close to the town, "Chagrin Falls " it was the perfect place to stay!! Would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!!

  It was a beautiful clean and very quiet place I loved the area I would recommend this B&B to anyone. I will definitely stay again .

  Upon arrival, broken bottles, canna in the back yard, other trash. Sofa not clean. Insect eggs on the stairs. Bad smell inside property, mold possibly. Requested refund from Evolve. Granted only half, so we stayed. Definitely overpriced.

  Hi Seth, we're sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to clarify the following:
  - The trash mentioned was from garbage cans stored in the garage, which is separate from the house and located across the driveway, not part of the vacation rental. Raccoons got into it the night before your arrival and it was cleaned up promptly after being discovered. Regarding the claim about bottles in the backyard, it's important to note that the backyard is also not part of the rental property. There were two plastic bottles on a stump behind the garage, left by our tenant's child while playing. The tenant has also removed the bottles.
  - We personally inspected the couch since your departure and didn't find any crumbs or dirt.
  - The home including the stairs is regularly checked by a professional pest control company, and they have never found insect eggs before or since your visit. We maintain a preventative service given the rural setting of the property.
  - There is no mold in the home. The natural wood paneling and plank floors may have an unfamiliar scent, but they are treated and preserved to maintain their quality. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every guest's arrival to maintain our high standard of cleanliness.
  - Evolve sets competitive rates based on a thorough analysis of the property and the surrounding area. We’re sorry to hear you didn’t feel it was a good value.
  The homeowner works hard to provide a wonderful guest experience and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied visitors.

  Upon entering the property I was immediately struck by its delightful setting. I expected, at any moment, to see woodland creatures peeking their faces out to welcome me. I thought “this is going to be the perfect respite from my busy urban life.”

  I was no less impressed stepping inside; its living quarters were stylishly furnished and impeccably clean. The hosts had thought of everything; I wanted for nothing during my stay. My experience was one I will remember fondly as my “home-away-from-home.”

  Nearby Chagrin Falls is super cute with charming historic homes and buildings. Walking Main St is like taking a stroll through the centuries.

  I will not hesitate to book another stay in my future wanderings. I strongly recommend you do the same if traveling to this lovely area.
