Great Property! Great Location!
5/5 Loved this property. My family and I stayed there for a weekend to go see a Cleveland Browns game. Only drawback is that the ad states it sleeps 12, I would say 8-10.

Absolutely beautiful home

Does not sleep 12! Only sleeps 8
1/5 ? Only has bed space for 8 people, yet advertised as 12 on the Evolve website. We had to go and buy a inflatable bed to fit our 9th person. When I called to ask were the queen bed was as advertised to be in the den, I was told that bed hadn't been in there in over a year and the advertisement was old. All I got was a "sorry" when I said that we would not have enough bed space for all of us. Crazy! I would not rent this home again.
