5/5 A magical place for a restorative getaway! My boyfriend and I spent a week here and were enchanted from the moment we drove up to the place. It is a large, secluded property and it is updated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to communicate and to create a welcoming environment - we were even greeted with homemade cookies in the well-stocked kitchen. We relished the quiet summer nights watching fireflies from the spacious patio, enjoying bonfires by the lake, and being surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. We both said numerous times that we couldn't remember the last time we slept so well! This home is serene, thoughtfully decorated, and well-lit inside and out. Five enthusiastic stars.
