We were completely satisfied! The host was very attentive and accommodating. The home is beautiful inside and they have a large private yard and comfy dining/ relaxing area. The kitchen and living room and dining room are spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and bright, classy and beautiful! The upstairs bathroom is huge and beautiful also! A home just off the beaten path in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will stay again if we ever are back in the area!
Has all the comforts needed for a home away from home experience. We totally enjoyed the place as it was clean, modern, private and a secure place to relax indoor or outdoor under the soft lighted gazebo. The space is very open and plenty of room for everyone to move about within the home. Large kitchen, bath upstairs and small bathroom on main floor level with easy access for a 2yr old toddler. Location, Location, Location was perfect for nearby eats and treats. Everything was within very reasonable driving and/or walking distant away. Quiet neighborhood and everything worked; therefore, we didn't even need nor have to call our available 24hrs on duty service provider at any given time while there.
This place doesn't provide a washer/dryer unit but there's a laundry center just a few minutes drive down the street. Not a deal breaker for us but maybe an inconvenience for others perhaps.
Highly recommended and thankful for the opportunity in such a relaxing environment.
Our stay went as planned and as expected.

Exceptionally clean house with perfect location. Walking distance to beach and just one block from Bridge street, within hundred feet from local bakery, fire chicken and seafood restaurant. The house was recently renovated. We like huge fully furnished Kitchen with kitchen island and beautiful cone lights, dining room with large table, oversized full bathroom in addition to 1/2 bath on first floor. The View from master bedroom is charming. it feels like in Europe due to location of the house in the historic district. Each room is nicely decorated in nautical theme. It was great to find historical map of Ashtabula harbor back to 1886 in dining room and the street where the house was later built. There were quite a few pleasant surprises: internet speed is above any expectations., the porch is nicely decorated by blooming azalea ushers and hanging flowers baskets. There are comfy furniture in the porch, free standing gazebo with table and chairs at backyard.
Our visit was in May. This house will be perfect for the family beach vacation. We definitely come back this summer.
