Girls trip!
5/5 We had an amazing time on our girls' trip! The house was impeccably clean, well-stocked, and the pool area was a highlight. We're already considering renting it again next year and would highly recommend it for any group.

Spacious Family Refuge
5/5 My sisters and I rent a large house in the Vermilion/Sandusky area each year with our parents. This area is in between our four total families’ residences. In all these years, this has been by far the very best experience we have had. Amherst is PERFECT with so much to offer for children of all ages, though truthfully we rarely left the house. It offered absolutely everything we needed for a fully inclusive stay-in experience! Home theater, ping pong table, darts, and games for rainy indoor days and the most incredible outdoor pool/deck/bar area you could ever imagine! Our children of all ages swam sun up to sun down. We gathered on the deck all evening with the fire pit and night swims. The house was immaculate, top to bottom, and the property managers responded immediately if I had any questions. We went to the very local store, grabbed stuff for meals, and never left! It was like a family friendly all inclusive resort. We have already requested to book it for next year. Best experience ever.

Worst vrbo experience i have ever had

I'm writing this review as a warning to others. Our stay was a disaster. The house had no functional AC, making it unbearably hot (85°F+). Despite repeated calls to the owner, they failed to resolve the issue.. We were even accused of lying about the issue!
The property owner's lack of concern for our comfort and safety is appalling. With 18 women in our group, we had nowhere else to go. The owner's solution? Six loud, cheap box fans to circulate hot air.
Avoid this property at all costs! The owner's negligence and unprofessionalism made our stay unbearable. We deserve better, and so do you.
VRBO, please hold your hosts accountable for providing basic amenities like functional AC. This experience was a nightmare. And VRBO refused to help saying we had to call Evolve the 3rd party who took our money.
Worst VRBO experience ever.
