A magical, restful stay
5/5 We had wonderful 6 week retreat at Casa Real over the summer. The house was very well stocked with all the kitchen gadgets and supplies one might need for a long stay. Our favorite part was the backyard, the trees surrounding it form a nature sanctuary where we spent every morning and evening. We had some fun visitors - a family of deer with their fawns and even a bear! We also loved the neighborhood, close to so many wonderful things like the Ashokan Rail Trail and the Big Deep swimming hole, and the walk around the Holly Hills loop. David and Rolando were easy to communicate with, helpful and available. We're so grateful for our stay.

5/5 The house was great for 6 adults with room to spare. It has everything we needed and the new kitchen and bathroom are beautiful! We loved relaxing in the sunroom. Location to surrounding towns was great!

Beautiful Large House - Perfect for Relaxing Getaway
5/5 The house and yard were even better than the pics online. We had 7 adults, and we all fit comfortably, with room to spare. The decor in the house is just fantastic, with lots of mid-century modern pieces. The back yard is large and fairly secluded, and the fire pit is great for kicking back and shooting the breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path, but there is a great walking loop that takes you around the area in a quick 20 minutes or so. The location is also great for making trips and forays into Woodstock and Saugerties. You can drive to Woodstock in about 5 minutes, so multiple trips, even in the same day, are a breeze.This is just a great place, and we're looking forward to visiting again in the future.
