Great house for a private-like beach vacation
5/5 The house was well set up to accommodate our two families with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids between 5-9. The house is full of hospitality as the kitchen is well stocked, ample house amenities, lots of games for adults and kids, great speakers/sounds system, easy to navigate TV and great AC. The bonus room also had a door - which, while we didn’t need the sleeper sofa, was a great feature if we did decide to have someone sleep in that room. Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive during our stay. Lastly, the house is in a prime location easily walk to the beach, which was never crowded- even during the July 4th holiday. We would love to stay here again.

40th wedding anniversary family getaway
5/5 We absolutely loved this beach house! The location and easy access to the beach and bay was perfect for all of us.The kitchen was fully equipped, WIFI worked perfect, and loved having the washer and dryer to do laundry midweek.Wonderful communication with the property owner!We loved celebrating our 40th anniversary here with our family and can't wait to come back next summer!

West Hampton stay
5/5 There was a great flow to the house with the kitchen living and dining all open. Den was a great room as well. The lighting in most rooms could be improved and the quality of the TV sets (the sound was really bad). Despite having terrible weather most days there, the location is fantastic.

Great time with family
5/5 The property was a 4 minute walk from the beach. Lovely home and Joe was helpful with any questions we had and easy to reach. Would definitely rent this home again.

house needs major upgrades
2/5 house needs major upgrades. does not look like the pictures. Very disappointed in Evolve and will not be renting from this company again.
