  The place was ok. The walls between the bedroom and adjoining rental unit were very thin. One evening, the other occupants were noisy and we were up till 2 in the morning. The landlord talked to them and they were quiet for the remainder of the stay. But, insulation needs to be added to the bedroom.

  There were two chairs in the sitting room with the TV. They were OK, but not very comfortable.

  There was plenty of coffee for our stay and the kitchen was fine.

  There was a problem with the hot water on the first day but the landlord dealt with it promptly, so all was fine with that.

  I would not choose to stay there again.

Regarding the hot water, the water heater unexpectedly failed during your stay, which was unfortunately outside of our control. Once identified, a new water heater was purchased and installed the same day. Your feedback helps us continue improving future guest experiences.
