Beautiful apartment
5/5 A really great place to stay! Quiet and private but close to all the places you want to go. The view over the river is fantastic!
A good size for 4 guests and well maintained with all the facilities you need. The grocery store is just a couple of minutes away.
5/5 Great stay for our family of 3. The house had everything we needed. And the location was ideal for us: nestled at the confluence of the Hudson and the Mohawk Rivers so you can watch the, kayaks, pleasure boats, and barges sail by. The town of Waterford is quaint, with lots of good restaurant options. The neighborhood was peaceful and everyone we met was very friendly. Plus the home is in good proximity to Albany and Troy so that you can visit both easily but return to a peaceful location for down time. Thanks Tino for a great stay!

5/5 Easy checkin, clean unit, description and pics of the listing are accurate. Close to grocery, restaurant and local activities. Morning and evening views of the river were lovely. Hope to stay again.

Great Week
5/5 Selected property for location and views. Very well furnished, owner provided 2 table lights on request. Air conditioning worked very well. Lovely relaxing views. Great communication. Only con, it’s a 3 floor walk up so you must be comfortable with 32 steps.

Great location
4/5 Great apartment, with a lovely view. We’ll furnished, lots of space, and having the nice water side deck to sit out on made it a treat. Easy access to waterfront and walking trails, plus easy road access to neighboring communities.
The unit is very well stocked. Host is very accommodating. Parking on site.
The only con for us was it’s second story, so 32 steps up, but if not an issue then highly recommend this unit.
