The heart of 1856 while your feet are in 2023
5/5 Stepping into this home is like stepping into the quaint and charming past. Impeccably maintained, lovingly decorated, it is cozy and charming. The host could not have been more helpful. She was always accessible and happy to please. Pretty touches like fresh flowers in the bathroom, games for the kids, as well as complementary sourdough and spreads and chocolates made us feel so welcome. Although it was true to the era, we are pleasantly surprised to see that it has been kept in wonderful condition. It is close by to the main Lake George attractions. The kitchen is stocked with anything you can think of and then some. Even the barn was charming!
