Great place to gather
4/5 Clean property with updated bathrooms and large open living area. Walking in I was skeptical due to bus stop and surroundings but location was very secure and the inside was a delight. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and bathrooms updated and lovely. Could use a little more furniture in living room if hosting a larger group but otherwise great! Location was close to walk to everything we needed. Would stay again.

Large space, close to Rensselaer
5/5 The apartment is very clean and has plenty of space. Walking distance to restaurants and campus if you are visiting Rensselaer. Troy itself is a bit sketchy. A lot of homeless right around the area. We didn’t feel unsafe though. Each bedroom door has a keypad lock. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our bedroom once.

Comfortable
4/5 Stayed for a week. Very comfortable and quiet. Very friendly owner, property manager and cleaning staff. Great location and convenient area. Any issues were taken care of in a reasonable time. I recommend and would return if ever needed.
Good value for money, super experience
5/5 The room should have been recently renovated and all the utensils were new. The living room was exceptional, big space and bright Sunshine. The host was very welcoming, contacted me early several times and delivered the supplies we needed right away. The location is right in the city center, walking all about the town and walking distance to RPI. Although the city is relatively old, the homestay provided by the host is very good.
