5/5 We loved our stay here. It's in a great location to see our son at RPI and it's a 10 to most of the great restaurants downtown. It has everything that we needed and is comfortable to hang out. It's also nice to have lit parking spaces out back.

4/5 The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The open kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of utensils. Every room looked exactly like the pictures. However, upon arrival, the house was extremely hot—at least 95 degrees inside—which made the first impression uncomfortable. It would be a great improvement if the AC could be turned on an hour or two before guests arrive. Additionally, the ice machine in the freezer was disassembled when we got there. Also, I suggest adding a receptacle for recycling. Aside from these issues, I was very happy with the home overall and appreciated the ample parking in the back.
