5/5 The entire house appeared to be recently renovated. It was nicely furnished and generally well-supplied, with a pleasant front porch and rear deck that were both furnished.. A big plus was that it was clean.Some nighttime noise--a dog that barked for quite awhile, and a couple trucks--but overall not bad.

5/5 This is a great rental in Ti. The house is clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are very large and brand new. It had everything we needed to spend time with family at the lake. I sent a message through Vbro after booking the property last summer, and I never received a response. However, the property manager - whose contact info you are given closer to the stay date - is extremely responsive. If you are looking to stay in Ti, this is a great option!

5/5 Lovely house that’s very comfortable and well appointed. The porches make for perfect relaxing spots and the beds are incredibly comfortable.Please note that you’ll hear about check in from Evolve, not VRBO! Evolve is very responsive.
