Perfect for our needs
5/5 Our family (2 couples and our mother) gathered here for a wedding in town and had plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the rooftop deck for lunch and gathered in the main living area several times. The beds were comfortable and everything was as expected.

Good location in Southampton
4/5 Close to the LIRR station at Southampton (less than 10 minutes drive) and to Sag Harbor.
Enough space for our group of 6. Nice outdoor area with fire pit and a grill. Overall conditions of house was average. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor shares a bathroom, so need to make sure you close both doors for privacy. House is situated in a wooded and a new house is under construction just next door. It didn't bother us too much as we are away all day and workman are gone by the time we are back.
Tree House
4/5 Truly felt like we were living in a tree house. The home and environs were serene and quiet. Great place to chill. The multiple decks were wonderful places to read and relax.
Accessible to lots of nature trails, beaches, and excellent dining.
It is not kid friendly.
The only downer is that the two bedrooms share a full bath. Could be tricky if four adults shared the space.
