  This home was PERFECT!!! Clean, tons of little extras, a very well,stocked kitchen, beach wagon and toys available, firewood for firpit, gas grill, walkable to everything…beach, town, restaurants. Julie was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Check in a breeze, it was nice having an Alexa in the house, and the rock garden painting idea was adorable! If we ever come back to Sodus this would be the only place I’d consider to stay! Can’t say enough about it! Wonderful family vacation!!

  What a wonderful space! Thoughtful sitting options, games, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing very quick drive to the beach. The wood for the fire pit was much appreciated as well. We would certainly come back .

• Great Family Stay

  Our Family had a great stay. Good space for adults and children. Yard, back deck and fire pit offer nice outside relaxing space. Location is convenient to activities in town. Looking forward to a future stay.

• Family Friendly Fun in Sodus Point

  Amazing property...felt like home. All the amenities and more. Pretty decor and very clean...comfortable for all ages. The owner thought of everything a family would need and more. She was great answering my questions via email. Quiet neighborhood close to quaint town, playgrounds, lighthouses, beach, restaurants, ice cream, boat launch...10 minute walk either way. Inspiration rock garden...had supplies to paint rocks and add to it. Toy, games, puzzles. Fire pit with chairs, larger beach supplies available. Ceiling fans and AC for hot days. It really brought our family together for a wonderful 4 day stay! We hope to go back next year!
