Beautiful Home!
5/5 Stayed here with some friends and coworkers for about 3 weeks while in town for work, and we’re very happy with our stay. It’s a beautiful historic home that was comfortable and roomy. Such a cute town, too! Would absolutely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Suggestions for future:
Add some outdoor furniture- front porch and or patio
Need a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor to accommodate guests without going through a bedroom

5/5 Clean spacious house. Excellent location...quick walk to beach, playground, several restaurants, coffee truck. House was well stocked with pillows, towels, beach towels, kitchen essentials, games, etc. Would have been nice to have a gas grill...small charcoal grill not con ducive to our large group.

Walking distance, great amenities and wonderful memories!
5/5 Arriving at this very large, well landscaped home with a 2 car garage and 3 car driveway, it felt welcoming. Walking inside, going room to room, paying attention to the walls, ceilings, decor, it was like a comfortable and beautiful museum! The hardwood floors, leather couches, beautifully designed home was just perfect for our wedding getaway weekend! The spacious bedrooms and dinning room, and the private rooms around each corner, were a wonderful addition to the fascinating historical feel of this home. The bathrooms never ran out of hot water, the beds were comfortable, amenities were many and the location was just 2 short blocks from the lighthouse museum. This was an incredible place to enjoy our visit to sodus point and it added a unique experience to our whole trip. We would love to return and stay longer on our next visit! Also, one and only call I made, Stephanie answered promptly, was polite and kind. Great place!!
Sodus Point Retreat
5/5 This property is a must see. It has a great location in the heart of Sodus Point. Everything is in walking distance. The host did a great job making us feel welcome between the candy dish the jar of coffee, the guest book and so much more. The décor was so nice. There is a mix of antiques and collectables along with cozy linens and fluffy towels.
