Beautiful and very spacious
5/5 We had a last minute getaway to Sodus point to enjoy their July 3rd Independence celebrations. The house was very large and spacious which my 3 teens enjoyed! We had some much needed family time and would definitely consider staying at this house again in the future!

False advertising
2/5 Disappointed that the online listing claimed to have lake views and the only views were of neighboring houses.

Owner's response: "Kate, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
- Our apologies we do not promise lake views, the photos were taken by Evolve and they do show photos of the lake but we do not have anywhere in the listing that this is a lake-side property. We have since had these photos removed so that no one else is confused thinking this is a lake-side property.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
