4/5 Very comfortable and well equipped home. Lots of space for large family trip, complete with games and foosball table. Lake was wonderful and yard is very private. As described, lots of steps to dock but stairs are well kept and safe. Also great to have kayaks supplied for us. My only critical feedback is that basement, as it is, should not be listed as potential sleeping space. It's too damp.
