  The house was freezing when we arrived during a snow storm might I add and stayed that way for atleast the first 12 hours or so. The yard wasnt shoveled nor did we have a shovel so we had to improvise with the dust pan just to get in the house. There was no salt left out for the very icy entrance. The stove didnt work the whole time we were there, so we had to eat out for every meal (which was a task with all of our dietary restrictions) even though I brought food so we didn’t have to worry about this. The blind on tge doir had big gaps in it so we took a curtain from upstairs and covered the door for privacy. It was a horrible stay from start to finish. We were so disappointed that we just ended up leaving early with no mentions of any compensation due to the unexpected costs accrued!

During your visit, we plowed, shoveled, and salted to ensure safe access, and we replaced the blind that had been rolled up on the front door, leaving a shovel and salt in the unit for your convenience. The stove breaker was also replaced and tested to ensure everything was functioning properly. Throughout your stay, we stayed in contact and worked promptly to address any issues. As a gesture for the inconvenience, we were glad to offer a partial refund. We take guest feedback seriously and remain committed to maintaining high standards so future stays meet expectations.

  Enjoyed the It’s a Wonderful Life festivities! Location was perfect for the events. Walking distance to everything.

  Great location with walking access to downtown Seneca Falls and a short drive for shopping, a variety of restaurants, and local attractions.

  The stay was very enjoyable. Lots of sightseeing available. The only issue we had was at the stairs were extremely steep for us because we are both senior citizens. Other than that everything was great.

  House was nicely decorated and clean. Walkable to several sites and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood.
