July weekend finger lakes trip
3/5 The place was nicely remolded and looked like the photos. However, there was a terrible bug problem. You could not open the doors once it got dark out because hundreds of bugs would get in!! The counter tops would be filled with dead bugs the next morning. We would have to clean and vacuum a bunch of times. They seem to be trying to fix it by putting bug lights in the house. However, the location of one was on the kitchen counter, so it would end covered in bugs. The location was great and the property was nice. I do not recommend staying until something is done about the bugs getting it.

4/5 This was a nice place to stay in a very pretty area! You can tell that the owners are fixing it up, but probably still have some more work to do. Especially on the exterior. Overall, clean and easy for a trip when we weren't going to be in the house a lot.

5/5 We enjoyed our stay so much, location was great next to the lake and near the wineries and breweries. The kayaks are also a great plus. Can't ask for more

Dont ever stay here
1/5 Pictures are inaccurate. Place was dirty with mold in the bathrooms and closets. garbage cans on the dock were full of beer cans. Should have been 99/night for the condition of the place. Will never use Evolve again
