  The "apartment" is above the garage of a home. There is only one entry, therefore, a potential fire hazard. The lock on the door was minimal at best, with the owner residence just across the hall. Although the apartment was clean, everything is very dated. There was very odd pictures and notations at the inside entry bulletin board that seemed inappropriate and rather creepy.

  Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to address some of the concerns mentioned in your review.
  
  First, our property complies fully with the Town of Saugerties' safety regulations, including an annual fire and safety inspection. An Escape/Egress/Evacuation Plan is posted, and we have a rope ladder in the back bedroom for emergencies. The apartment entry is secured with both a Schrader exterior door lock and a deadbolt/August Smart lock for additional security.
  
  Regarding the decor, the apartment features a mix of timeless pieces, such as the Breuer chair from 1925, which reflects a classic style. The photos in the listing accurately depict the space, and I assure you they are current and representative.
  
  As for the bulletin board, it includes personal reminders like tire pressure notes for my vehicles. I understand this may have seemed unusual, but it’s simply practical information for my use.
