3/5 Everything was excellent except the mattress which is terrible and needs to be replaced with a real mattress and box spring. The current item seems more like a futon pad.

Hi Jonathan, we’re glad to hear that most aspects of your stay were excellent, though we’re sorry to learn that the mattress didn’t meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-The mattress was chosen to accommodate a range of preferences, but we understand that comfort can be subjective.
-The loft is equipped with a second bed that features a Tempur-Pedic mattress, and we would have been happy to make that available if we had known there was an issue. Since we weren’t informed until after your stay, we weren’t able to address it during your visit.
-We’ve received positive feedback from other guests, but we appreciate your insight as it helps us continue to improve.

A Day and a Stay at the Races

5/5 Wow. Our weekend stay was just wonderful. The studio is spacious and the owners really thought of everything! It felt so homey and comfortable. I appreciated all the outlets, dimmers, chargers, robes! And use of chairs/cooler that were provided. Just a short ride to downtown and the races. It truly was a perfect weekend for us.
