Fantastic location but dirty
3/5 You cannot ask for a better location to stay in Saratoga Springs. Walking distance to everything. Dumpy inside, but we didn't expect anything different based price and pictures provided. A historic building that was cut up into apartments decades ago. But it was kind of dirty. Desperately needed a very thorough cleaning. The other concern was the back bedroom, which is an old laundry room or utility room, with low end carpeting laid down on slab, and had a bit of a damp feel to it. As long as you are prepared, the location can make up for all of this. Just be aware.

Convenient location in Saratoga Springs
4/5 Stayed for 4 nights with family in for a college graduation. The place met our expectations . Abundant bedding and towels. Very close to downtown. Could park your car and walk everywhere. The previous description about the layout was accurate. It worked for family, but may be a bit awkward with the walk through bedroom and the single shower. Easy exchange of keys both for pickup and checkout.

Place was awesome!
5/5 Came here for a reunion with 6 of the boys (all super low maintenance), Sleeping arrangements were perfect. Everyone had a bed. Location was almost too good to be true. 5 minute walk to main street and caroline street where the bars are. It was raining all weekend and the quick walk was huge and didn't have to wait for taxis. Head to Druthers during the day, place is awesome. Would definitely recommend and would come back for sure, maybe just stay and extra night or 2!
