Spacious and comfortable
5/5 This home worked out perfectly for our family. Plenty of room for togetherness and plenty of separate areas for work or quiet relaxation away from the group.

Great stay
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! It was large enough for five families. Everything was clean and organized. All the beds were comfortable. We played volleyball and table tennis all day long. Kids enjoyed little toys and scooters around the house. There were a lot of clean towels and washcloths as well as little shampoo bottles and body wash. Jerry was always responsive and helpful with our little issues and questions. There were many chairs and tables outside. The kitchen was big enough for our large group. All the appliances were working fine. I would add a knife set with scissors and a few extra cutting boards.
It was a great experience overall. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a large group family/friends vacation.
Fantastic Getaway
5/5 This was a great place for a large group! Plenty of rooms with comfy beds, firewood was provided for the fire pit along with plenty of chairs for sitting around it, and the sunset view over the open field was great. A great place to spend a birthday trip with friends and family.

Great place to stay!!!
5/5 I was a little skeptical at first because I’m typically someone who likes a place to have a lot of reviews and this place had 0 when I booked it but wow I’m so glad I took the gamble!!! The house was huge with plenty of space and very nice deck areas with rocking chairs. Secluded spot, easy drive to wineries. The host was very easy to communicate with via text and they even had a fresh baked pie for us upon check in. Can’t beat the price on this place for what you get, highly recommend!*Important to note that there are no TVs if you’re into that kind of thing but we didn’t mind at all!*

Great stay
5/5 We had a great stay at Jerry’s property. Plenty room for adults kids and puppies. We went for hiking at Watkins Glen which about 40 minutes away and also wine tasting at nearby vineyard. Had a wonderful trip!
