5/5 Host was amazing!! Place was beautiful and well stocked. The view was amazing. I would only suggest that another bathroomm in the basement would be perfect!!

4/5 Beautiful setting overlooking the water. Quiet serene setting. Overall, eneything was fine. The beds were a bit older and basement bed was broken, had to fix the frame a couple of times. Refrigerator was pretty dirty.

1/5 Dirty kitchen, dishes and refrigerator upon arrival. Garbage found in cans, fruit flies in dishes, fingernail clippings in window sill. Worn out bed sheets with holes, Air conditioning not working properly and one shower head dribbled water. Several door handles and locks not functional. Serious cleanliness problems and very poorly maintained. Communicated these issues immediately with owner who responded with "I'm surprised." When I sent her pics, she stated that she was actually aware of some of the problems, but not willing to offer any remedy or partial compensation for our week long stay.

5/5 This is a wonderful home on the Long Island Sound. It is incredibly peaceful, and you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. The home is perfectly situated just far enough off the beaten path, yet close to anything you could want or need. This is actually our second stay and plan to return next year too!
