This property is lost. The yard is spectacular, the home has all the amenities needed and the location is quiet but close to town. The lake area is fabulous. We were a family of four adults and the space was good for that number with two bathrooms and good sleeping space. The furniture is set up for lake viewing and the windows afford tons of light. We would rent this property again if we were in the area. The outdoor spices cannot be beat. We rented a boat and used the dock. The fire pit is great and the grill was in good shape for cooking outside. This is a top notch rental!

This is a lovely, clean little house on a quiet part of Lake George that we really enjoyed. We had to rent our own kayaks to take advantage of being on the water and got very lucky renting through Shurable.com from a neighbor just a few doors down--the kayaking was gorgeous. The house was very clean and comfortable, and once we located and removed the 6 overpowering Glade air fresheners left by the cleaning crew, we were able to relax (no house rental should come with one let alone six air fresheners as not everyone can tolerate strong scents). We really enjoyed sitting out by the water, very peaceful and beautiful views--a bald eagle even swooped overhead one afternoon. Would stay here again. Minor inconveniences: no coffee pods provided for the Keurig, no laundry, and no extra amenities in bathrooms, including soap for the shower. Stores are a bit of a drive so if you forget your toothbrush you're out of luck until your next trip to town.

Overall experience was very good. I would rent again. The only thing that was a bit misleading was the availability of the house kayaks shown in the picture. It was not for use of the guests.
