Great place to stay

5/5 We were in Plattsburgh for 5 nights for a family gathering. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of hot water. Having a clothes washer & dryer was a plus. Neighborhood is quiet. The weather allowed us to open windows and enjoy the fresh lake air.

Perfection graduation weekend stay
5/5 Perfect for a larger group that wants to spend time together rather than a hotel lobby. Place was clean and well organized. Overall our three night stay was great! So happy…thank you!

Adequate but needs a better cleaning between guests
3/5 The size was good for our group coming in for a wedding. There are actually 5 bedrooms. It was comfortable enough. However, if guests pay a very high price for a cleaning fee, the house needs to be cleaner. The floors needed to be vacuumed and dust mopped. Kitchen and bathroom rugs needed attention. Except for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom garbages still had garbage from other guests including used cond*ms. (YUCK). Most of the glasses in the kitchen needed a run thru the dishwasher. And 1 bed's sheets had many pills and the bedspread had bleach spots. We had plenty of clean towels. There were some mints and snacks provided for us along with shampoo, soaps, coffee, sugar and other staples in the kitchen. So, we are giving a mixed review based on the lack of cleanliness.
