  The host was great, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He responded quickly to any questions. The house was very clean and comfortable. Lots of seating indoors and out.

  Host texted me a few days beforehand with more specifics about the house and check-in process, initiating a clear line of communication, which was great. We had minor issue early in our stay but host called me within minutes and helped us remedy issue right away. VRBO listing is currently incorrect - no washing machine on property. Host stated he has tried to correct this. Spacious house with AC in nearly every room. All essentials included - could consider adding boxes of facial tissues to bathrooms. Nice big yard for kids and dog to play. Enjoyed relaxing on the wraparound porch, back deck, and at the fire pit. Bit buggy at times (gnats) but host left lots of bug spray.

  About the tissues, I used to keep boxes in every room, but found they’d all get taken after checkouts. Still, I’ll give it another thought and see if there’s a better approach moving forward. And just to clarify about cooling, each room has its air conditioner, except for the basement, which stays nice and cool naturally.

  Very nice property located in quiet neighborhood. It was great for little kids to run around. Loved the wrap around deck. Spent a lot of time outside even tho weather didn’t cooperate the deck in front overlooking very private front yard was covered. Lots of useful stuff in the kitchen and house was well stocked. Check out time at 10 am is a bit too early. Otherwise would certainly recommend and stay again.
