5/5 4/5 Loved the location! Our goal was to be 'downtown' and this was perfect! Quiet and almost secluded feel, but literally just a minute from stores/restaurants. The bed and bedding were so comfortable! Bathroom, kitchen, closets had all our needs. The posting says it has two fold out couches, this is not correct, there is one. The 2nd couch doesnt unfold, but could be from not updating post, as the couches were in great condition and possibly brand new. Really enjoyed our stay and would return! Communication from vrbo says to contact through them with Evolve. I dont recommend that, as that was tried with zero response. Thankfully I had previously received a text from Cynthia, and when I contacted her, she respnded back in seconds!

5/5 Great location! Clean and complete. Very difficult to find! Luckily, liquor store employee helped.
Will be back next year!
5/5 Fantastic spot in the heart of downtown Penn Yan. Walking distance to great shops and eats. Along the scenic outlet trail. Looking forward to coming back again. Excellent communication with the owner.
