  The house was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets (it was very chilly when we were there), and kitchen utensils. Lots of room, and centrally located on the Seneca Wine Trail. We had a very fun few days there.

  First impression pulling in was lots of space for vehicles . We had three couples with three vehicles so it was nice that there was plenty of space . There is a run down shack in the driveway that is super sketchy looking and kind of reminds you of a shack that would be on horror movie . Also some extra little rooms that aren’t very useful or secure and kind of sketchy as well so bringing children with I would be careful they don’t wonder due to safety reasons. Check in instructions were very clear and house was easy to get into . Very spacious and except for Kitchen . Knobs on stove are not correct or very worn because the stove is very hard to turn off all the way . It looks like they are all off but the gas was still coming out and I could hear it even taking the knob off and adjusting it . One burner did not ignite on its own. They have The bigger table in the middle of the room of the kitchen which in the listings picture it looks very roomy but with everyone sitting at it, it is not . Yes you have the overflow dining room but we all like to enjoy playing board games and stuff and In The listing pictures it shows enough room for six people at the table but there was no bench seat like in the photos so half the time two of us had to stand . When renting a place I always make sure we have a very nice tub to soak in a relax. There was a nice tub but dirty and jets were very scummy**** review wont allow me to put everything I want ……………only 1500 character allowed…………….

  The check-in process was a little challenging because I had to contact Evolve to ask for the instructions as we were pulling up but I received them right away when I asked.The kitchen was great and had everything we needed.

  Basically it worked. The place is beautifully staged and looks much better in photos than it is. The kitchen is good, the WiFi is good. The place wasn’t cleaned prior to our trip. The electrics are iffy. The AC downstairs sort of works. We did not spend any time upstairs, it was warm and stuffy up there. The area around the property is not great and comprised of an old prison/drug rehab center.

  - The home has central A/C downstairs and individual units in every upstairs room to keep guests comfortable.
  - The property is professionally cleaned before every arrival, and we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns in real time.
  - Pets were brought to the property despite being listed as not included in the booking, which normally carries a pet fee that we chose not to charge.
  - At least four guests stayed when the booking indicated two, while the home can host up to nine; this is another example of the lack of communication we experienced.
  - The nearby former rehab facility is no longer in operation and is planned to be redeveloped into local attractions.
  We appreciate your feedback as we continue to make sure the home is fully prepared and comfortable for all guests."
