3/5 The house served its purpose. The furniture is very old and could use some upgrading. The stall shower floor is so stained that it looks dirty and the towel bar on the door falls off if you touch it.

5/5 Charming house in a great rural location. Close to highway, stores and quaint downtown Oneonta. The check in was easy, instructions simple and very clean.

4/5 The property was good for what we needed it for. Close proximity to AllStar Village. Everything worked but it could definitely use some updating. Two of the beds were ok, the third was not comfortable to sleep on. The furniture is outdated and bathrooms need some help. Difficult to open and close shower door in master bath. Could use a new shower curtain in the main bath. The house served it’s purpose - just needs some tender loving care. Great kitchen supplies. And all of the appliances worked well.

Weekend visit
5/5 Came to New York to visit my aunt in Cooperstown. Unfortunately, we didn’t start looking for a place to stay until April and nothing was available. Even though it was a bit of a drive, this place worked perfect for our needs.
