Weekend visit
5/5 Came to New York to visit my aunt in Cooperstown. Unfortunately, we didn’t start looking for a place to stay until April and nothing was available. Even though it was a bit of a drive, this place worked perfect for our needs.

Not as described
2/5 Very musty odor as soon as we walked in. My grandson’s allergies immediately bothered him. Gas grill was rusted and filthy inside. I even asked if I could bring charcoal grill and was told there was a grill at property that I could use. A/C only window units in bedrooms, hot in living areas.Would not recommend.

Weekend stay
5/5 Perfect rental- had everything we could need in the kitchen and we were able to use the outdoor gas grill. Home was very clean and the owners were wonderful to work with. We are thinking of renting again for a fall getaway!
