CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- When arriving, please park at and enter through the front brown door to unload your belongings
- After you finish unloading your belongings, please drive down the narrow driveway and park to the left to prevent blocking the driveway
- The apartment is accessible via keyless entry through the front door. Once you finish parking, enter through the front brown door. The code is 6870. After entering the code, press the logo button to unlock the door 
- Once you've entered through the front brown door, head up the stairs and there will be individuals keys found in a key lockbox behind the white door to be able to access the main upstairs door with a key. The code to the lockbox is 1111
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and recyclables, they will be located by the shed in the back. The green bin is for garbage, the garbage has to be in bags. The black bin is for recyclables, it has to be loose, it cannot be in a bag
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the laundry room
- Please clean towels separate from any other laundry
- Please clean the lint trap
- Turn off all lights, electronics, A/C, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee (dogs only, 1 max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Do not allow pets on any furniture
- Dogs must be on leash when outside
- No running or jumping, since there are people that live downstairs
- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Keep the SunRoof door closed at all times
- Take your shoes off as soon as you enter the home
- Do not eat in the living room or bedrooms at all
- Do not remove any drains
- Please do not flush any products other than toilet paper
